Background to our Company
Beardsley-UK was formed in 1993 by people with many years experience in business transfer.
Today we operate from offices in Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, with additional Regional Advisers based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Bournemouth, Worcestershire and Greater Manchester.
Initially, Beardsley-UK acted as a general business transfer agent, and since 1996 has concentrated largely on the care home market, exclusively so since 1999.
At any point in time, we have a portfolio of between 50 and 100 care homes for sale, and a register of 100s of active buyers ranging from first time buyers, through existing operators, to large care home groups.
