The Next Step

Following your initial contact we will arrange for one of our Business Advisors to visit you at your care home.

During this visit, which is free and without obligation, we will:-

  • Establish all of the key facts relating to your business.
  • Go around the home to record all of the physical environment.
  • Examine certain key documents (which we will advise you of during our initial telephone conversation).
  • Agree with you an asking price at which the business should be marketed; this price will reflect the prevailing market conditions and also your own particular needs.
